NextStage Evolution Engagement Philosophy

The first thing potential clients need to know is that NextStage doesn't believe there is a "standard" engagement. We treat all problems as unique because they are. We may have encountered something similar before and that means we have experience, not necessarily the best answer for your current needs.

Our goal is to make you more successful than you were when we met you. We do this by adopting your goals and targets as our own during the engagement and becoming part of your team in achieving those goals. Our staff's 75 years experience in relationship building and communications management has been distilled into a set of tools which allow us to rapidly

  • Determine if your message is getting through and
  • Make sure it gets through as you intended.
While all engagements are unique, we find management tends to like a little structure hence the following four step process:
  1. Initial Consultation
      Purpose:
    1. Understand needs and requirements
    2. Set milestones
    3. Agree to terms and conditions
      Results:
    1. install toolset (if required)
    2. data collection to create baseline
  2. First Follow Up
      Purpose:
    1. Discussion of baseline results
    2. Evaluation of Milestones
    3. Suggestions for changes
    4. Initial toolset training (if required)
      Results:
    1. Implementation of changes
    2. data collection based on suggested changes
  3. Support Follow Up (this is monthly in longer engagements)
      Purpose:
    1. Discussion of new metrics
    2. Evaluation of Milestones
    3. Suggestions for changes
    4. Continued training (if required)
      Results:
    1. Toolset Support (if required)
    2. Implementation
    3. data collection based on suggested changes
  4. Technical Follow Up (this is repeated in longer engagements)
      Purpose:
    1. Discussion of new metrics
    2. Evaluation of Milestones
    3. Suggestions for changes
    4. Continued training and support (if required)
      Results:
    1. Technical Support (if required)
    2. Your team is now trained and using the toolset on their own
